Hi all
I have Harmony Remote Model R-IY17 running WIN 7 64 bit
All latest versions of software
Norton Antivirus - with appropriate firewall access set
Installed Harmony Software, and set up remote. Worked perfectly.
Recently added Apple TV to my theatre setup, so went to add an "activity" on the remote
Now comes up with error wont connect to the internet.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled, ran as admin in XP mode, checked permissions in NAV, etc etc. will not connect
Any ideas?

I had the problem even when turning off CA anti-virus. My vendor recently switched to providing McAfee instead and much to my surprise the Harmony software was then able to connect with out problem.

We need the Model number, it would be a 600, 650, 700, 880, 890, Link, 900, 100, 1000, or some other 3 digit number the number you listed is the M/N listed under the battery cover. Harmony may know what the number applies to, but us Users need the model number that will show up in your software when you connect your remote to your PC or Mac and log onto your account
