Just got the new Harmony One from the local retailer. After all the setting and installation, I tried the remote, but the touch screen doesn't response to me. It has all the display but not responding to my touch.
Did I get a lemon one or missing any step?
It's too late to call the support now. Should I go back to the retailer for exchange or go through the Logitech support?
