Help! Over a month ago I contacted Logitech. My incident number is (edit out personal information).
My problem was escalated to a supervisor but no one ever got back to me. I have reposted on my incident page but still no response! Can someone look into this matter for me please! I have tried to be as patient as I can be!

Welcome to the forum.
It is only a users' forum, and Logitech staff don't often look in these days.
Try again with a new strongly worded message to Logitech support.
