Harmony Remotes

Hello on my H890 the two left ("additional buttons") are not functioning anymore. It's the buttons the run along the left side, the bottom two are no longer working. I've tried opening the remote and tried cleaning, etc but nothing works.

The problem is one if the non functioning button is the "Yes" answer for the help function on the remote, so I can never answer "yes" when going through help.

Is there a way of moving the "Yes" to another button? If so, how? If not, any suggestions?

Did you ever find a fix for your problem. I also have problems with the 6 display buttons not functioning properly and it is also the Help - Yes button. I can answer to No, but not to Yes which I really need.
