I have a receiver that I use for volume and everything else is programmed under Dish for my Harmony 610 remote. I can't adjust the volume unless I switch the device from Dish to Receiver. Is there a way I can keep the device on "Dish" and still use the volume option w/o switching back and forth from receiver to dish and vice versa?

Hi and welcome.
You should have a WatchTV Activity in which you specify which device is to display the video, which to change the channels, and which to control the volume.
You should not be using the Devices area at all, as its only purpose is for storing data.
If you do have an Activity that is not giving you the control you require go to Activity> Customise Buttons and assign to the buttons the appropriate Device and Command.
If you want more information on this or any other aspect of using your Harmony feel free to ask.
There are fixed threads at the top of the list that will also give more information.

That's OK - did it work for you?
For any disruption of the automatic power or input states use the Help button.
Could you give an example of a problem caused by pushing the wrong button?
