I have read that the microsoft ir media keyboard is in the database but i cant find it to add the device?
is there anyway to search the database to see what IR keyboards are in their?
What I want to do is for example have f1 assigned to a button on my remote so I can open a set piece of software on my Mac mini.
Unfortunately I dont have an IR keyboard to teach the commands to the remote so am hoping there are some in the DB.
Thanks

Hi there,
The best place to check if a device is in our database is to go to:
www.logitech.com/harmony/components
Enter the manufacturer and model number exactly as shown on the device. The device type would be either "Computer" or "Media Center".

Thanks however im not really looking for a specific one! I just want to try out all of the IR keyboard devices in the database to see which work best with a mac mini.
so are you saying there is no way to kjust look at the database? or see everything under the computer heading?

Hi there,
It is not possible on the customer end to query the database of all keyboards to obtain all the manufactuers and model numbers that exist in the Harmony database. You could use goggle and find 10 popular IR keyboards and try those.

To select the MCE Keyboard as a device
Computer, Media Center Computer, "Microsoft" as the manufacturer and enter the model# MCE Keyboard
It is not "searchable"
