Dear Logitech,
I know I am repeating many other messages, but hey, what else can I do?
PLEASE INFORM US OF WHAT IS GOING ON!
We can all accept bugs and server problems, we can even accept if the solution is not yet found, but the least you can do in these fatal days is tp keep us informed.
It has been two days since Peter Evans apologized for "failing to keep you fully informed of the situation". Why is this complete silence then continuing?
With the hope of soon reviving my H-1000, regards
Peter

Dear Logitech,
This isn't Logitech; it's a users' forum.
Ask Logitech direct - and insist on an immediate reply!

hhatkin,
Ohh, no - see the logo in the corner?
Fact is that I have written 5 direct mails to support since friday, and heard nothing. So I don't see why this forum should not be used as well. Harmony is definitely in a crisis, and apparently needs to be told how to handle it through all possible channels.
Let's all hope that our new paperweights can be re-transformed into Harmony 1000s SOON.

Yes, the contradiction is there and always has been.
And yes of course the forum can be used as well but that doesn't mean anyone at Logi will read it!
5 e-mails is certainly something of a record and there's no excuse for it.
Eric's latest does tell you about the latest situation on the 1000 but I'd be bombarding them with e-mails and phone calls for a personal reply to those 5!

Indeed, Eric's latest postings gives us back a bit of hope. In fact (having planned for a demo of my stuff Tuesday) I am already planning for what to waiste my friday evening doing: Operation clean sweep; starting from scratch, registering both my 1000 and the RF from the beginning, and hoping that acticvities will be stable.
Gosh I wish I had a way of saving the 2-3 hours of work I am about to plan. Chances are that I will have to repeat them.

Hi Peter1000,
It sounds like you were affected by the 1000 and RF extender bug. Please try updating now.
Let me know if you still have any trouble.
EricHarmony
Edit: I apologize, we've already corresponded over PM.
