Hi!

Same issue here - no internet connection to start the software. I don't understand that Logitech servers are this kind of unreliably! There are so many possibilities to set up web clusters and all this stuff, that work around 24x7....

The most wonderfull thing is that when it states that the connection dtill doesn't work you need to press next for Customersupport details which is also on the myremotesetup.com page, which is excatly the page you can't reach. Logitech has great products but these things blow my mind

Same here. It was down, came back up and I started a complete reprogramming of my 880

Now it is hung 1/2 way through with "Network Timeout" and I have no clue if it is going to save the work I started.

Yes, an offline programming method would be a big advantage for me. Just download the codes for the devices we have and then program and save the configuration on our own pc's at our leasure. I am sure Logitech could find a way to protect its code database from unautorized usage.

I'm having same problem.  When I click "click here to learn more" it leads me to myremotepc.com website and errors out.  Firewall's turned off and other sites work just fine.

I sent in email help request.  We'll see how long it takes Logitech to fix this...

Sorry for my bad english.

Also from Germany, no access to myremotesetup.com.
I pay a lot of money for this remote programmers and they can not.
That's just bad.
Sunday is probably normal.
Logitech have to say: no support Sundays. worldwide
