Harmony Remotes

I've went thru the technical support with Logitech for my Harmony 900. We've booted up in 32bit mode without any luck on being able to update my remote. 

It's been about 2 months since I was able to update and was wondering if there was any updates about this matter? I need to make some changes to my remote since I changed cable boxes.

Is the remote connected in your network settings is there a green circle saying that the Harmony is connected?
