Problem is that when I choose operate the tv functions. It will send the same keypress two or three times when a single key is pressed. EG TV volume up/down. Menu, Cursor up, down, left & right.

Tried reprogramming from original remote and changing inter key delay, but that only made the other keys too slow.

Original remote works fine. Please help this is driving me crazy. Spent hours trying all types of settings without success and want to get this problem solved so that the keys work correctly like the original tv remote.

In the software, select Devices, select your TV, select Troubleshoot, select Responds too much or not enough, then lower the repeats.  When done Update your remote.
