I've just brought one of these great controls but have a question i hope you can answer. When i press say play xbox 360 the tv starts to change to the input needed but it takes forever to cycle through my tv inputs list, can this be speeded up.

it can but if you adjust this time it will start messing up the cycle, check out the input delay for you TV, adjust it down, but just keep in mind if you put it too low it wont work, and if it is too high it does not work. Does your TV have any discrete commands to take you directly to that input?

Sorry for the late reply but thanks for the help that works great. I know longer have to watch it cycle through my tv inputs but i have onother question. When i lets press watch tv in my activitys my input menu on my tv comes up and the input switches over but the tv input menu stays up for quite a few seconds. Is there any way to reduce the time the input menu stays on the screen.

um sometimes yes and sometimes no, we could try adding an OKAY command to try and close the list at the end, but sometimes TV's just like having it up.
1.Click Devices,
2.Select setting beside the TV
3.Select Adjust inputs
4. Keep it on Method 3,
5.Skip past this page with all your inputs labled
6.leave it on the setting it is on there (for skipping over inputs)
7. Change the last one here for selecting the input change it to "OK" or "Select" or "enter" something along thoes lines
Update and test that out see if that works faster, if not then there is nothing we can really do.
sorry for the late response I went on a vacation

Thanks for the info but that did'nt help, it was worth a try. I'm going to invest a new tv later this year as my Toshiba Regza 42XV505DB is now about 6 years old and very limited in options.
