I just programmed my Harmony 900 for my Sony TV and my LG Blu-Ray player and can turn on the devices and use them...But when I am watching the TV the Menu and Guide Buttons do not work...so I'm not sure if I messed up something with the set-up. As some info, I have my TV configured for HDMI 3 and my Blu-Ray configured for HDMI 1. What did I do wrong?
And is there a way to add MyDVR to the Activities screen?

First off have you created Activities, if you have go to that Activity in the software and select Customize Buttons and map those missing commands to the Menu and Guide buttons.

Thanks...I realize I had not added my Comcast HD Cable Box...I added that, selected to leave the cable box on all the time, and now I have the Menu and Guide. And, yes, I have the Activities assigned. BUT another issue I now find is if I have the TV on, I cannot turn the TV off by hitting the off button on the 900. I have to go to the device in the Harmony and hit Power Off. How can I figure the Harmony so if I hit the Off button the TV turns off?

The Off button is not a power button it is an off Activity button, you cannot power individual devices off by pressing the Off button

OK, I'm a little confused. As as aside, I have a Harmony remote (I think 890) in my family room...Blu-Ray, TV and Cable Box are connected to my receiver, and when I hit Watch TV on the Harmony, the TV and the cable box go on and I can hit Off to turn off the devices. Same thing for Watch DVD.
So, for my new Harmony 900 that I have in my bedroom, I don't have a receiver...I have a Blu-Ray connected to HDMI 1, the Comcast Cable Box connected to HDMI 3 and the Sony TV.
How do I set up the remote so if I hit Watch TV under Activities then the TV and the cable box go on. Likewise, if I hit Watch DVD, I want the TV and the Blu-Ray player to go on.
And as far as the Menu and Guide, it seems I can only get the Menu and Guide to work when I do Watch TV if I go to Devices, click on the Cable Box and then Menu and Guide work...so I definitely set something up wrong there. If I click Watch TV and the TV and Cable Box go on, then I should be able to use Menu and Guide. So maybe I didn't configure the Cable Box correctly?
Anyway if you can let me know how to fix it so Watch TV will turn on the TV and Cable Box...and how to fix the Menu and Guide.
Thanks!
Steve

Just create a Watch TV Activity to include the TV and Cable box, and then create a Watch DVD Activity, to include the TV and the Blu-ray player. When you create the Activities, you will be asked what input the TV needs to be on for your Watch TV Activity, and the same sill be asked what input does the TV need to be on for the Watch DVD activity, In both activities your TV will control the volume. After you create your activities, if any commands are missing in your activity, select the activity in the software, then select Customize Buttons to make any changes or additions to either the hard buttons or to the LCD buttons
