Harmony Remotes

I have Vizio GV47LF that has 4 HDMI inputs.  I also have a Harmony 670 that I have been using for several years without issue.  The 670 shows all available inputs for the Vizio.  I just "upgraded" to a Harmony Link and used the web based interface to set it up (set a new account and everything), problem is, the web interface doesn't offer the same inputs for my TV as the software for the 670 does.  HDMI inputs 3 and 4 are missing from the web interface for the Link.  The web interface offers instructions for adding a missing interface but the instructions are incorrect, the options it refers to do not exist in the web Interface.   If I cannot get this resolved, I am going to have to return the Harmony Link as it wont work for me.  This is my 4th Harmony remote so I'm not new to any of this and I hope somebody at Logitech can help.
