Harmony Remotes

There are some codes missing for the Shinybow SB-5588 A/V matrix switch.

This is an 8 input x 8 output component switch. That's a total of 64 combinations.

The Harmony remote programming software only lists 8:

Input 1-1

Input 1-2

Input 1-3

Input 1-4

Input 2-1

Input 2-2

Input 2-3

Input 2-4

.

It's missing 56 more combinations, i.e. Input 1-5, Input 1-6, up to Input 8-8.

Who do I contact at Harmony to request the rest of these added in the next software update?

If the Harmony Remote Software does not have all the necessary commands for you AV Matrix switch, you can teach your Harmony remote to learn the commands from your original remote.  Click here for instructions.
