Hi Guys,
I today got and set up my first ever Logitech remote, the Harmony 700. I am mighty impressed with the ease of setup allowing me to use:
Panny Plasma TV
Apple ATV3
Blu-ray player
Sky HD box
Something I would like to know though, is it possible to set the "listen to music" button to turn on Apple TV, Select TV input and then within Apple TV select Music > Playlists (rather than just go to ATV home screen- I already have it doing this)
Thanks in advance
Alistair

Hi
At least if you use the much better standalone v.7.7.0 software, you can add whatever extra IR commands you require, including delays, for the included devices at the start, and/or finish, of an activity.
In this way activities can serve to provide more flexible combos ('macros') of commands than the rather limited 'sequences' of up to 5 commands which can be allocated to buttons in an activity.
If they are available on the original remote, you could add to the start of a new Apple activity the commands needed to get to the playlist.
Regards
Chris
