Harmony Remotes

Hey everyone, I've got a harmony 700 that 70% of the time flips my old Yamaha RX-V793 (vintage like 1992) to the "Movie Theater" sound stage rather than simply leaving the audio mode on Pro Logic 5.1.

There's no detailed adjustments in the Harmony software for this reciever beyond turning it on and selecting an input. Wondering if there's a way to solve my issue.
