Harmony Remotes

I have an activity for watching TV.  My devices are Pioneer VSX-52, Samsung UN55C8000, and DirecTV HR34.  It seems as though the Pioneer receiver freaks out when the TV and DirecTV box come on first and doesnt display the picture or sound.  I have to then turn off the Pioneer receiver and turn it back on for everything to work.

Is there anyway I can get the receiver to turn on first and then have the other two come on like 2 seconds later?

I'm using the Harmony Link device as well.

oh yah for sure, if you are using the Harmony 7.7 software

Activities->Settings->Review the order in which devices are powered on

And just use the blue arrows to change what you want where

How would I make those changes on the 650?

You would have to do it from the logitech software that is installed on the computer you used to set it up. SO beside the activity that you would like this change hit settings and then review the way devices are powered on

I must be missing something.  Nothing you speak of shows on the software(7.7) that loads when I connect my remote.
