Harmony Remotes

I have a Harmony 900.  Basic functions work on the Bell Fibe TV STBs (VIP-2262/2202).  But I cannot pause live TV, FF, RW or jump 30sec with the Harmony.  These work on the VIP remote with the usual buttons (pause, etc.)  How can I program the Harmony 900?

Did you add the VIP-2262/2202 as a Video Recorder/PVR?

Yes, I have the VIP-2202 as the device.  I have since told it to emulate teh VIP-2262 and that now works.
