Harmony Remotes

I absolutely love this **bleep** remote, but one thing kind of annoys me about it. I've asked over at AVS and they say theirs are the same but that they dont really care since its minor.

QUESTION:

Is your backlight uniform across the entire remote?

the buttons towards the top, starting at about the 'ok' button, seem like the button backlight is not quite as strong. they seem dimmer than the other buttons. I had to replace one that was defective, and the remote i replaced seemed like the lights were more even, but the 'activities' button was still dimmer like this one.

i already replaced the remote once, i would go absolutely crazy if i had to again.

I have 2 Harmony Ones, and I do not see any difference in my display the lighting is the same up and down the screen and the buttons are all lite the same

ughhh...

is there anything that can be done? i asked other people in other forums and some say that their buttons (NOT screens, mines fine) are not perfectly uniform either, and some say they're fine.

i dont know if im just being crazy, and other people dont notice as much, or if i really am just unlucky.

If you really think that you have a problem, then you should contact Harmony support.  Again both of my Harmony Ones have no screen problems.  One thing you should try is a different Theme and see if you have the same problem.  That is done in the software.
