Harmony Remotes

I've had my Harmony One remote for a little while, and love it. Though recently the Power Button to shut everything off seems to be having problems.

It will eventually work, and shut everything off like it's supposed to, but it can sometimes take upwards of 10 or more presses.

I'm not sure if this is a hardware fault or not, since it seems to have happened abruptly. I usually just have to watch the screen and keep pressing until I see the icon that shows it's sending the signal.

Has anyone had a similar problem, and found a solution?
