Harmony Remotes

I changed my Digital box to Sagemcom RTI90-320HD but I fail to program it.

I Can not make it power on, I have tried to:

*  use the database settings

* Learn the IR code from sagem remote

The power off works fine even when it is an toggle  on off button.

IE- I start the box with the other remote and when I use the power button the box is going off.

What to do?

I have similar problem - or when my Sagemcom has been in standby for some time I have to press PowerToggle multiple times to turn it on. It doesn't even help using learn with original remote.

I have the Harmony 555.

I have similar problem. It will turn Off, but not On.

Tried programming it, and use default PowerToggle. Same story.

I have the Harmony 300

I managed to get it to work. I stead of using the preprogrammed function i used the IR learning method from the other remote control.

I really didn't notice any difference between IR learning and preprogrammed. At least learned PowerToggle doesn't work 100% for me either.

Btw - I have the Sagem RT90-160 HD, but most likely same issue...

I had the same problem - BUT I THINK I FOUND THE SOLUTION!

I have the Sagemcom RTI90-320 HD, and solved the problem as follows:

When I customized the Sagemcom (via the logitech software solution - not the web-solution),

it asked me to learn the powertoggle-command, and I did - but it didn't work.

It could only PowerOff - not PowerOn. But after the normal configuration was done,

I let the Harmony One learn the IR-command from the original remote once more - but

this time I used the button "CUSTOM" at the button of the "Learn"-Screen, and that gave

me the opportunity to select to learn the command "RAW". And after that everything works

just fine - both the "device" and the "activity" that uses it powers on and off as it should.

I had the same problem power off woks but power on does not. Kurt_Larsens solution solved my problem.

My devices: Harmony 555 and Sagemcom RT90-320

I changed my batteries which actually seemed to make it work a lot better. 

I had read about "RAW" but couldn't find it - assumed my logitech didn't support it.

But thanks to you Kurt I found it  - I just had to find the CUSTOM button 

Anyway - after using RAW method it seems to work even better for me as well!
