Harmony Remotes

I don't know if this the proper forum for this question, but it sorta of relates to my Harmony remote experience.  So here it goes.  I recently purchased a Logitech Harmony 880, and the Roku Netflix Player box at the same time.  Before, I purchased this I had a Dazzle Games 5 port Smart HDMI Switch connected to my PlayStation 3 and Comcast DVR.  When I bought the Roku Box, I plugged it into my switch.  As soon as I plugged it in, the swtich stopped switching to my DVR.  Currently, it still switches to my Playstation 3 when I power it up.  As soon as I turn off the PlayStation 3, the switch switches back to my Roku Netflix Player.  I think the problem is that the DVR and Roku box never fully stop broadcasting a HDMI signal.  Is there any way to force the Comcast DVR to stop sending an HDMI signal when it powers down?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does your HDMI switch have remote control? If yes, you can make it to switch to desired input in your activities.

Edit: I looked for your switch and noticed that we both have the same. I use it without a problem with Harmony remote. Add it as a device and then add it to your activities to make your remote to select the desired inputs in them.

While adding it as a device you may use the following info: 

Amplifier > Audio/Video Switch

Manufacturer : Ce-Link

Model: HSW0501S

Ok, I have two HDMI sources and and a one-HDMI-input TV. I was considering getting the Gefen switch but this is much more attractive price-wise if it does the job. So i need to buy a 3x1 or 4x1 HDMI switch with remote, on a budget (below $75). There are quite a few options available, I came across this item that surely caught my interest considering the excessively high cost of these HDMI/DVI switches. But yesterday i have saw a website called: ecargoonline.com. The price there seems reasonable, but they're actually Chinese factory, so i was worried about the guarantee. But the seller told me that they can give me a one-year guarantee for the product.

So, how do you think about these HDMI switches? Should i buy from this site? Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
