I actually have two of these, both with Harmony one remotes. When I turn on the system with Watch TV , the Verizon FIOS box comes on, the TV comes on with HDMI as the source and the MiniSystem comes on. After about 30 seconds the source changes to TV from HDMI on the TV. I then have to use HELP to get it back to HDMI. Everything looks like it is set up correctly. Any ideas how to fix?

Be sure that Anynet is turned off for your Samsung devices

Harmony remotes have to have complete control of powering and input setting to work correctly. If the power or input is set by any other method, then your Harmony remote will be out of sync If you are going to use HDMI_CEC control, then you must disable powering and input setting in the Harmony software for those affected devices
