Right i've got a problem with the power off alex, for some reason the original remote only logs off when i press the power button and not shut down. No buttons on my harmony in media player devices shut the system down. What do i do now.

Holding the power button still sends it into sleep, why would a remote do that.

Your guess is as good as mine, The last and only thing I could think of is there any dirver that for that new remote that you can switch for instead of sleep for a power off command. I think I have totally run out of ideas, last thing would be contacting support and see if any other users have learnt a power off command that we may have laying around in the database for the new remote. I think I have taken you just about as far as I can with out being in an account or in the trouble shooting software... the down side from working at home on a laptop. Yeh ill keep thinking it over in my head and ill let you know if anything comes up, keep me updated
