Harmony Remotes

I have a Harmony 1100 which was working just fine. I decided to add an RF Extender today, and to my dismay lost the function of some of my buttons.

I am using Microsoft Windows Media Center SE as the device.

When looking into it, it is all the buttons controlled by CTRL+A or CTRL+W etc that fail.

I raised a support call today, but so far no resolution.

Can anyone else confirm that the RF extender will not send CTRL+A, CTRL+X etc commands?

If I remove the RF extender from my setup, then all is fine again..
