I have an 1100 already set up but the account used to set it up is lost. I have the devices and actions already set up but I need to modify them. When I start the software it's asking to input devies all over again. Is there any way to see devices and actions already set up on the remote? Or just have the software recognize the current settings?

There is an option when you get the logon screen "I Forgot My Password", select this then you will be asked 3 questions, your name, TV model when account was last used, and your zipcode when account was created.
