Harmony Remotes

Basically I have an activity that says Watch TV. Which basically does the following

1) Turn Digital Set Top Box  ON

2) Turn TV ON

3) All other devices off

4) Digital Set Top Box Set To "Tuner"

5) Wait 1000ms

6) TV Set to HD input

Basically all I want to do is remove step 4 as my digital set top box does not have any inputs.

how to remove option?

This is a common question, and the quick answer is you cannot.  Certain device types have to have at least 1 input, if we think those device can support inputs.   Technically 1 input tells the remote not to do anything anways, so even though you see 4) listed, it doesn't add any time to the Startup, nor does the Harmony send any commands out (as long as you haven't switched it away from method 1 input switching type)
