Harmony Remotes

I've read a couple posts on this subject, but I'm wondering if anyone has mastered having their remote control a Sony Media Player. I have painstakingly programed each button from the Media player remote for my SMP-N200 and no matter what I try I cannot get the directional up arrow to work on my harmony 650.

I,m having the same problem with my harmony 520 and my smp-n20. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing works. We need some help really bad. Someone HELP ME!!!!!
