Harmony Remotes

I'm also having a problem with my htpc + xbmc + harmony one. For some reason the remote is acting like i have a number on the remote contantly pressed. This is putting a bar above my movie in xbmc with countless numbers and when i exit xbmc i get a constant tinging noise and if i try to open a window it opens loads of windows and if i click start on the windows taskbar i get constant numbers in the search box.

Just for the reference: what IR receiver are you using? I've got iMon which came built in the SilverStone Grandia HTPC case. Just trying to figure it out myself...
