Hi all,
I just got my first Harmony. Set it up and it all works perfectly... except for one thing.
My TV is a 37" LG LCD (LG37LC3R) and its inputs are set by using seperate buttons, i.e. there are seperate IR commands for each input.
My DVD player is connected to an input named SVideo2. When setting up the activity for "Watch a DVD" I select that input from the list. However, the remote then sets the TV to an input named AV3. I tried setting the input manually, i.e. setting the remote to control the TV only and chosing "Input SVideo2" command from the list, but the results were the same. The command "AV3" also sets the TV to AV3. No input command sets the TV to SVideo2.
This leads me to the conclusion that there is an error in the code library. The two commands, "Input SVideo2" and "Input AV3", are the same and "Input SVideo2" is missing the correct code.
I unfortunately don't have the original remote so I can't "Learn" the command. Who to I contact in order to have this fixed? Or might there be another reason for this problem?

two things to try before you do anything else. just like you tried the two commands hoping it would take you to svideo2...try any and all other commands in your device mode and see if any take you to svideo2 (they can be named wrong). if you find one, this is an easy fix in the 'adjust inputs' area of the device tab in the setup
the other thing to try is see if the same model tv, but a different size, has the command you need. so if your tv is made in a 32 and 37 and 42 inch variations, add the other ones to your setup (just as devices) and test their input commands. if you find it here, contact logitech and let them know, they can copy the command over to your tv's profile for you
