Harmony Remotes

I have the 360 remote and the backlight won't turn off unless I press the Glow button.  I switched the backlight delay from 20 sec to 5 sec and still no change.  It will remain, draining my battery unless I press the glow button.  This is very annoying, because in the middle of the night if something bumps it (cat, or if I fall asleep on the couch and accidently hit it) it will stay on until I turn it off in the morning.  Any suggestions? 

P.S. I have the most up to date firmware and remote software.  I've reset it to the factory settings twice

One of your buttons, maybe the glow button could be stuck. Try massaging the buttons.

I have same problem. I think it started when i updated the firm ware im assuming its some thing logitech. they mad a mistake some where.

and i messaged buttons and still stays on after it wakes up.

Update the firmaware again by logging into the software and then clicking the Downloads button on the top and then Update Firmware.

tried it twice no go. if i t ake battries out and have usb pluged in and presss glow button it does nothing.

It is most likely something Logitech changed. Maybe a Logitech worker will post here.

Yeah, but you need to get the firmware file from a Logitech Employee

It's not possible to roll back the firmware, Logitech has stated this before

OK, never mind what I said, no the firmware cannot be downgraded.
