Does the Xbox 360 remote support and fully control DVR staelitte boxes?

I am a MACINTOSH user, I love LOGITECH products and I all of my information comes from what I have learned about the products and from what TECH SUPPORT told me.

If you are one of those people that don't like my CAPITAL letters, then deal with it, I use them to draw attention to those words.

Thanks you, I am looking tog et to replace my older DirecTV remote and my newer TV remote, with a few others that have been replaced by these two.
