During the time (1-2mins) that you are unable to pull up the Guide, are you able to change channels or control the Bell box at all? Other forum members have had reports of issues with certain TV's and interference. This may only occur when the TV is first turned on, it will radiate a large enough amount of IR (infrared) radiation to "blind" the Harmony (and any other IR) remote. When this happens, your devices cannot "see" the IR signals being sent from the Harmony remote for several minutes. After the TV is warmed up, the interference likely dissipates and the Harmony will work correctly again. Your original Bell remote is likely working fine because it is using UHF/RF (Radio Frequency), and is unaffected by IR interference (also explains why you could not learn any command).
To test and see you are experiencing interference from your TV, I suggest you try the following:
1. Using your original remotes, turn on all your devices and set them for watching TV
2. Let the TV warm up for 5-10 minutes.
3. Cover the front of the Harmony completely (blocking it from sending IR). Press 'Watch TV'.
The Harmony will now think it has turned on your devices. Try pulling up the guide or changing channels. If this works, we can be fairly certain that your TV is giving off interference but only when warming up.
Let us know what happens
Regards,
Mark

Hi,
sometimes a workaround (not a fix) is to disable all picture improvement features, in the menu of the TV. Not nice, but could work.
Greetings
