My two-week old Harmony 520 (purchased, brand-new in a still-sealed package, from a partner seller on Amazon.com) made a very loud popping sound two nights ago and stopped working. From what I understand, this sound I heard was probably one of the components on its circuit board blowing up.
Is it complicated to get Logitech to honor their warranty?
Not sure how to proceed,
John

Call their support number. It should not be difficult.

The Warranty process is fairly simple. If you haven't found the Support link and 'Warranty Claim' button in the software the following FAQ will describe the steps.
