Same problem email tech support got a response of they are experiencing high traffic try back at a latter time. You think they would have been a bit prepared around this time.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same problem today. Completely ridiculous and easily fixable. Harmony remotes are not inexpensive, and one would think that Logitech can certainly update their infrastructure to handle much larger volumes of concurrent users on their systems.
This is nothing more than extremely poor customer service. If there were any real competing products in the market, I'd probably look into one of those. Unfortunately, I think Logitech has a monopoly on the best all-in-one remotes.
