What's going on with the harmony one site?  Too busy???  I need to program my harmony one remote but it will not let me even log in.

Same problem email tech support got a response of they are experiencing high traffic try back at a latter time.  You think they would have been a bit prepared around this time.

I've received the same error message for the past 24 hours when attempting to launch the online remote setup: 

We are sorry

Many people like you are excited to set up their new remotes, so we're experiencing a high volume of traffic. Please try again later.

As online is the only way to set up my remote (I think), my $250 Christmas present is effective only as a paper weight.  Sad...come on guys...their tech support is probably on vacation...

I have been having the same issue.. not able to even launch software. Get the "sorry our servers suck" screen... come on...I would like to play with my new toy..

Yes, I'm experiencing the same problem today.  Completely ridiculous and easily fixable.  Harmony remotes are not inexpensive, and one would think that Logitech can certainly update their infrastructure to handle much larger volumes of concurrent users on their systems.

This is nothing more than extremely poor customer service.  If there were any real competing products in the market, I'd probably look into one of those.  Unfortunately, I think Logitech has a monopoly on the best all-in-one remotes.

This is a JOKE!! I've been trying to login for 40 minutes to update my Harmony one with no success. What's going on???
