help! i cloned the settings that my landlord had with all of his equipment (that i took over and am using) and just changed my favorite channel icons/settings... but none of the settings transfered onto the remote, despite it being connected via usb the whole time and saving settings after all was complete.

im running a brand new imac with the newest logitech software.

How did you clone the settings? Did you actually update the remote?

called support and they cloned the settings in a new account... hit save.. and it was connected...
