I have a 1100 with the same upside problem for about a year now.  At first, I thought this was a new problem until I read this forum to find others have the same thing happeneing.

Logitech has tried a few things without a fix.  I think I am going to get a replacement. They asked me for the PID number and my address.

For those who have upside down screen image problems, insist on a replacement from either Logitech or the place where you purchased the device.  I have three 1100's, was a beta tester, multiple FW updates and never seen this before.  Likewise, there are many 1100i users out there and if this was a FW problem, there would be a lot of posts on the same topic. This is clearly not normal behavior, and likely a HW issue.

Harmony did send me a replacement for the 1100 that did have the upside down issue.  I think Harmony's customer service is great!!

yes, all i did was remove the battery and put it right back. held it and turned it on and it was corrected! Hope it fixes yours!

I have had the same problem as well.   Taking the battery out and replacing it corrected the problem.   It has now happened twice, but was an easy fix both times.    I'm considering having it replaced since its less than a year old.

The technology of this device (1100) feels really ancient, as the touch screen is resistive, not capacitive.  That means its really better to be used with a stylus, not your finger.

I plan on getting an iPad and using it for a remote control.  I understand that Harmony makes an app for this, but its still new at not fully functional yet.

I have one of the newer 1100's (1101) with a cracked LCD screen. It works fine if I could find a replacement screen! Does anyone have a source of supply on the newer Tianma LCD/TP P/N TM035KBZ17 ??????. If anyone out there would know where I could purchase this replacement LCD/TP please leave a reply! Thank You in Advance!
