my problem is when i hit volume up or down or channel up or down it scroll approx 5 numbers. example, if on channel 3 and want to go to channel 4, i hit channel up one time and instead of going to 4 it will scroll to 8 also with volume,if volume on 10 and hit volume up one instead of going to 11 it will go to 15. is there a way to change the scroll number

You need to contact Harmony support and have them reduce your repeats for your TV.

because I have the same problem with my 300i repeating too much.

Just after I posted this I went through to your main website and found an email address.

I was previously using the myharmony.com contact links - which have no email address....

The more I use myharmony - the more I hate it -

it's slow and laggy, and you need to be online to setup a remote!!, no link to contact customer service.

Please get rid of it, and do what every other company in the world does...

Supply some software with your product.

If I had known how lousy the software was - I would never have bought it...
