Harmony Remotes

hi, all , i got a harmony 600 today and set it up in myharmony. i not sure wheather i dumped the web page before i had finished set up.i do this sometimes when eager.

 i set up the remote,in myharmony;  tv, 2STBs, iomega. all well when i tried it.

 i wanted to alter the switching everythink off when not in use.

i connected the 600 to the computer.

looked for harmony software in the computer. found microsoft silverline. pushed it . went in to logit...com

i could not find device to select.

 i tried restarting computer and pluged in the remote to comp... 

pressed microsoft silverlight, pressed  log...tec.com still no device button to push.

i then put the remote in to safe mode thinking i could reprogram the remote the opposite  1 to myharmony  web based 1.

now i got nothing. a 1 inch light.  lol. any help would be great. and thanks in advance.

the answer is you cant sync when in my harmony when the 7.7 software in also in ur computer. answer delete 7.7 and then sync in myharmony .

You don't have to delete the 7.7 software in order to sync your remote using MyHarmony.com, you just have to be sure the 7.7 software is not running in the taskbar.  I have been using the 7.7 software and MyHarmony.com for years, and have never had a problem, you just have to be sure the 7.7 software is not running in the background when you try to sync you remote using MyHamony
