Hi there,
Im having issues setting up my remote. i'm not sure if it's an issue with my programming in the remote, or something with the amp. I have 6 activities programmed. All of the activities, when selected switch the amp to the propper av input on the amp, but then once everything is on the amp switches to "audio 1" imput. i push the "help" button to get it working proberly, but it's really getting annoying. I would appreciate any help I could get.
Thanks

You probably only nrrd to increase the power on delay for the amp. Also check and make sure that HDMI-Cec is turned off for any devices that can use HDMI-CEC, each manufacturer calls it something different, as it will interfer with your Harmony's input setting. Harmony's need to have complete contol.

Look in your owner's manual for the Yamaha, it may or may not have HDMI-CEC. Do you have HDMI inputs or outputs on your Yamaha? Maybe your TV has HDMI-CEC control and is enabled.
Here are various mfg names for HDMI-CEC control, I don't have a name listed for Yamaha,
Bravia link (Sony)
HDAVI Control, EZ-Sync and VIERA Link (Panasonic)
Kuro Link (Pioneer)
EasyLink (Philips)
NetCommand (Mitsubishi)
CE-Link and Regza Link (Toshiba)
Simplink (LG)
Anynet (Samsung),
RIHD (Remote Interactive over HDMI) (Onkyo)
