Harmony Remotes

I recently added a Panasonic SC BTT370 HTIB system to replace a seperate HTIB/Blu Ray system.  The problem I have is when I use the view TV command on my Harmony 700 it turns on the Verizon box and TV fine however the home theater wants to know the source and then the input before it displays a picture.  It works fine if I use the Panasonic remote to select these but that defeates the function of the universal remote.  What can I do?
