 I needed to adjust my setrtings due to new restrictions from my cable provider.  In order to support Picture and Picture I had to install a a digital adaptor that did not have a favorite feature.  If I had sequences on my 1100 I could develop a favorite custom option of my own.

So I support sequences if feasible

Just got my 900 and was shocked it didn't have sequences. Upgraded from a One.

I've just programmed my 1100 and I'm astonished and very disappointed to find that I can't program sequences/macros. I bought it as a replacement for my five year old Philips ProntoNG RU950 which is fully customisable with macros easy to record or program.

We need this on our Harmony!!

P.S.. I hope Logitech don't use the 'simplicity' argument. Anyone who buys a remote like this enjoys tinkering and needs the flexibility sequences provide.

I bought the 900 even though I knew it had no sequences.  Now that the 890 has been discontinued, the 900 was the only RF Harmony available to me that meets my present needs.  However, for what I spent, I hate to think it won't meet my future expansion needs down the road. 

For a top of the line remote, to be stripped of features found in the less expensive IR remotes within the Harmony lineup, begs a good explanation.   Even if it operates on a different operating system than the other remotes, why would that operating system be designed so it couldn't accept sequences.   Does a design allowing sequences cost any more?   Even if it did, doesn't the pricing of this remote justify including this feature for the people who will actually need this feature?

I upgraded from a 895 to a 900, but was it really an upgrade ?
