Can you please advise if a firmware update is being looked into by logitech to include sequences?

OR

1. Is this something that WILL not be looked into by logitech? 

2. Is this something that CAN not be updated by logitech? 

I recieved the 900 for Christmas, and without the sequences, I will be returning this product. I wanted to know if there is hope before my return period is over...

Logitech are obviously not paying attention to this petition, so I think we need to press harder for this to be resolved.

I recommend contacting support stating that you can't work out how to set up a sequence. It should be possible to have an online discussion with them about the feature that they will have to reply to at least 3 or 4 times.

If enough people do this, and the support staff are suddenly inundated with hundreds of queries about sequences, then perhaps they will pay attention.

It's a shame that we have to resort to tactics like this, but if Logitech aren't going to listen to their customers......

Hi,

I realy don't understand...

I'm using an Harmony 895 since 2006 and was planning to use sequences with my brand new home cinema.

Because of his age I decide to upgrade my old 895 for a new 900 and get stuck by the lack of macro...

Now I need to use my TV remote for enabling/disabling PIXEL HD witch is great for movies but unusable for gaming...

Please bring back this feature !!!

Where is the problem with that ??
