Really...seriously Logitech? I buy logitech stuff because you are better than this. I would hope someone was taken out the back shed on this one. Just not acceptable for a superb company as Logitech.

It appears that the account that I tried to initially create (for my son's Harmony) did not fully create. I can neither login with the account or finish creating the account. When I try to create the account, I get an error stating it already exists. When I try to login it takes me to the create-account screen.
However, I can login into two accounts that are my own (that I've had for several years).
This is clearly a Logitech issue. I wish they would post something on their site warning users of the problem.

I have seen ZERO communication from any logitech team on this issue, and that is the saddest part of all.

It's 4 days after Christmas and still can't program remote because of Many people like you are excited to set up their new remotes, so we're experiencing a high volume of traffic. Please try again later.. BUSH League is putting it mildly.

This is especially annoying considering that I only need to make changes that really shouldn't require any Internet contact at all! Why can't the Windows app work by itself??!?!

If you originally used 7.7 then you can sign into http://members.harmonyremote.com and see if that works better for you. (You may want to use IE or Firefox as it does not work in Chrome for me)
It will look different then the original 7.7 software

Neither software nor site was working for me in Chrome (Incognito or normal), or in Firefox - now using IE and it's working.

I just recently purchased the Harmony 300 for one of my TV setups, to see if it would be worthwhile to purchase more. I began the process of setting up the remote when it queried me about DirecTV's remote. I followed all onscreen instructions up to prgramming the remote for the Sat box. At this point I was kicked out of setup due to a server error. Every attempt I have made aftwards has given me the same error - now at sign in. I tried different browsers, clearing caches, no firewalls, no security, different email addresses and thought the issue must be on the server side and I would try again tomorrow. I happened across the forums here and noticed that there are multiple instances of this occuring. I have sent error reports, but I am starting to think that Logitech might be ignoring such reports (or not receiving them). I was hoping someone might have some other suggestions. I thank you in advance for any assistance you might be able to offer.
