The servers are probably inundated with everyone trying to setup the Remotes and Revue. I would continue to periodically try to update till you are able to get through.

IT department failure on the part of Logitech. Manage capacity much? Unaware that there would be an influx of new accounts, especially on Christmas day?
This is pretty bush league, sorry to say!
My first impression now with this product is it is only as useful as you are able to log in and program it.
Otherwise, it is an overpriced paperweight.
Great job Logitech!!!!

This is the only day that this usually occurs It would be hard to justify having the ability to handle inundation just for one day out of the year.
Though I do understand your frustration.

I just received a Logitech Harmony 650. I've tried with Windows 7 on Firefox (Server Error), IE9 (unsupported browser???), and chrome (unsupported browser). I've also tried on OS X Snow Leopard (10.6.8) on Firefox (Server Error) and Safari (Server Error). I've tried creating a new account, which was recommended in another forum, but that made no difference. I haven't tried disabling all antivirus and firewall software, which was also recommended in another forum.
Sometimes I'm not able to log in, sometimes I can log in but not add devices, other times I can add a few devices before I get the error.
Also, the first time I tried to post this there was no Captcha image, it simply said "internal error" or something like that, and when I asked for a new challenge picture, it repeated the same error. The same when I tried to use the sound challenge.
I'm hoping this isn't a permanent problem, because I was not very careful in opening the package!

thanks for stating the obvious. however, when emergencies arise, support teams are or will be on-call, especially when services over the web are not working correctly...

yea good job Logitech ruining everyones excitement for their new gift.
This sort of flux should have been expected and an error that makes their product a paper weight should warrant the avaliability of support staff
