1)  the software does not re-size to fit different screens. it looks like you are using an html window and not sizing it to fit the native desktop window that contains it.  this means that if i use my laptop part of the screen is cut off and if i use my desktop i get scrollbars and a small window when i have plenty of room.

2) no option to adjust the size of the UI, for example i have a home theatre pc with a 40 inch sony tv,  have an option to better fit a tv screen @ 1920x1080  like windows media center.

3) windows media center, seems like this needs more help here.... i just put a ceton card in and tried to setup to use WMC

the harmony setup is not using my WMC to control the channels.  not even sure how to fix this.

4) when i open the support in the software it says i need to get paid phone support ??  i just got the 1100 remote a couple of months ago !!   why can't i email support etc.... ????  this is an expensive remote and you want to also make me pay for any tech support also ???
