I wrote this to support:
I have an air conditioner that is not listed in the database, now, my old harmony 880 can learn the commands easily, I tried dozens of time and the link will not learn the commands.
Another problem is that the link will not learn commands (any commands) from my harmony 880.
Help needed
When I bought this device i didn't think there's an option it will be less that an old harmony product

Logitech lame support replied with instructions on teaching commands. It seems like they don't even read the question all the way. No real answer to my problem whatsoever.
Worst support team ever.

Finally got proper solution from support.
They took the commands from the 880 and installed it in my link account.
Very good work
