Firstly I will say that I am very pleased with my harmony remote. I have a Yamaha receiver, Sony bluray player, and Samsung cable box all hidden in a alcove behind my TV on my mantle. It controls all components with no problems. I put the included IR blaster towards the front of the mantle as during the day with bright sunlight sometimes it cannot consistently control the TV by bouncing the signal but I am still happy with this. My problem is that the exact model of Samsung cable box is not supported and the closest model is the SMT-H3262. It controls all functions when programmed to this model flawlessly. However when powering down the system using the one touch control it does not power down the cable box. The device specific controls will, as will the one touch cable control I set up always power it up. It powers down when switching between other one touch functions as it should. But if I am in cable mode and power down it stays on. I'm at a loss as to which settings to tweak to correct this as all other functions including manual power control and other remote functions for this device work 100% of the time and system power down misses the box all the time. I tried adjusting device settings to "different buttons turn this device on and off" with no avail. Other model number that close to the model box I have to not work as well. It is almost as of the activity for cable I set up is faulty when powering down. But I cleared it and set up a new one touch command with no fix. Other than the link leaving the cable box on only when in cable mode and powering down the system I have no complaints about the remote. For the time being I'm just going to settings and accessing the cable remote through devices to power down the box after using the system power down function. Any help would be apprecaited.

You will need to contact support and have them increase the Inter Device Delay for the STB
