Missing Channels in Harmony Link Guide

Let me start out by saying that for a first-gen product the Harmony Link is fabulous, but there are some problems I've found, and most of them relate to the onscreen guide.

Harmony Link's onscreen guide is missing entire channels from my cable provider and other channels are listed as non-HD when they are broadcasting in HD or vise versa. For example, my provider's FOX HD channel is 1035 and my PBS HD channel is 1001, but they are nowhere to be found (I had to go to the Block Channels GUI to find a numbered list to see that they were missing) and the CBS HD channel is listed as a non-HD channel so it's not listed when HD is selected in the dropdown.

So, my question is this, where is Logitech pulling the channel guide information from - so they can be contacted and the problems can be fixed - and is there a way to update or supplement the guide with user created channels?

Again, it's a great product and a great replacment for my Harmony One's broken touchscreen but the incorrect lineup is driving me crazy. Thanks for the help and for having a discussion forum to respond to problems like this.

Re: Missing Channels in Harmony Link Guide

It would be quite helpful to know if there is any available option for fixing it within the software interface.  (If not, their ought to be one.)  Sadly, the three channels we spend 90% of our time on are missing.

Hello wgscott,

Have you tried a different zip code for your area?

Re: Missing Channels in Harmony Link Guide

Thanks for the reply.

I've tried every zip-code I could come up with.

One thing they all seem to have in common is a complete absence of any channel with a hypen in it (eg: 9-1).
