Please help with programming devices !

[ Edited ]
I bought my link yesterday hoping to get it set up and running within 30 minutes but ended up wasting 3 hours of my time. The first problem was that the link didn't want to connect to my network and I solved tht problem by creating a new network just for the link. Next problem was it wouldn't contol all my devices! I have a Sharp LC-70LE732U tv which Harmony has on their database but no commands will work! I have a Denon AVR-1912 reciever and again nothing would work. My Bell ExpressVu 9241 HD PVR would only turn on, that's it. Finally my Sony BDP-S350 blu-ray player worked perfectly! I connected each device exactly the same way, I had a really good Internet connection and I'm using an iPad 2. Any one have suggestions on why this is happening? Thanks.

Ok I manually set all the buttons for my PVR and it works great now, as well as my blu-ray player. For my Denon AVR-1912 reciever and my Sharp LC-70LE732U tv I tried manually programming all the main buttons and nothing seems to work for either one. The volume control is very important and I can't get my reciever to work. Any help?

Are you making your changes in Devices or Activities?  Any changes that you make in Devices are not carried over to Activities, you have to make your changes in Activities.

I hate to offer such a simple suggestion but, sometimes we overlook the obvious. Can all of the equipment in question "see" the IR signal from the Logitech hockey puck? If you have attached the included extra IR emitter, you should try moving it to the IR receiver on each device and retry controlling that device. I know it sounds too simple but it's an easy test. Good Luck.

Yes to both of the above. I've tried everything! I've seen other people on this forum with the same reciever having no issues
